My wife and I have children seven years and under. The kids spend endless hours in our swimming pool along with their friends and other guests. Protecting my family from the suns harmful UV rays is not only a necessity but a priority. I look for the easiest to use, most cost effective solution for protection.
The answer was with electric awnings (from image awning). Not only are they simple to operate (my 3 year old can even use them) but they help compliment my investment in my landscape and property. I have "6" units throughout my property ranging in size from 11 ft. to 36 ft. long. I would not be out in the sun without them. Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the canopy over our dock.
It was originally installed in the Summer of 1990 and did not require replacement until 2000. The canopy not only enhances our dock and property, but also provides shade for our boat and a place to sit out of the hot sun. It also keeps most of the rain from entering the boat. The fact that we never have to contact you to have the canopy installed in the Spring, nor removed and stored in the Fall, is a value added service.
